Return & Refund Policy


1. Overview

At Angikam, we take great care in quality-checking all products before dispatch. As we deal in apparel, clothing, and fashion accessories, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Color variation due to screen resolution or lighting
  • Minor variations in design, pattern, texture, or finish
  • Size or fit issues
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference issues
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect selection made by the customer

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and invoices must be intact.
  • A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the beginning (before opening the package) showing the issue.

Failure to provide proper video proof may result in rejection of the return request.


3. Return Process

Step 1: Record Video Proof

Customers must record a continuous video while opening the package, clearly showing:

  • The sealed outer package
  • The opening process
  • The product received
  • The visible manufacturing defect

Step 2: Share Proof via WhatsApp

Send the video proof along with:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Description of the defect

Step 3: Verification

Our quality team will review the submitted video and verify whether it qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve the return request
  • Request additional information
  • Reject the claim if it does not meet our policy requirements

4. Refund Process

Once the defect is verified and the return is approved:

  • Customers will be notified via WhatsApp or Email.
  • If return of the product is required, instructions will be shared.
  • Refund will be initiated after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the defect is confirmed.


5. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other international charges are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered products
  • Products without original packaging and tags
  • Products reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)

7. Important Note

Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, embellishments, or finishing may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen display settings. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
