By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms without limitation or qualification.

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the website.

We reserve the absolute right to:

  • Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order

3. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION DISCLAIMER

While we strive for accuracy:

  • Product colors may vary due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
  • Measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
  • Minor variations in texture, design, embellishments, stitching, or finish are inherent characteristics and not defects.

Such variations shall not constitute grounds for claims, returns, or disputes.

4. PRICING, TAXES & ERRORS

  • All prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of typographical, technical, or pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders even after payment confirmation.
  • Applicable taxes (including GST, if registered) will be charged as per prevailing law.
  • International customers are solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or regulatory charges imposed by their country.

We shall not be liable for additional charges imposed by customs or foreign authorities.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order at our sole discretion
  • Refuse suspicious or high-risk transactions
  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
  • Cancel bulk purchases or reseller transactions

If an order is cancelled by us after payment, refund shall be limited strictly to the amount received.

Customer cancellation (if permitted) must be requested before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, logistics providers, customs authorities, strikes, or force majeure events.
  • Risk and title of products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

If incorrect shipping information is provided by the customer, we shall not be liable for non-delivery or additional costs.

We are not responsible for shipments marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions, improper handling, misuse, alterations, or damage occurring after delivery.
  • We are not liable for failures or errors attributable to third-party service providers including payment gateways, shipping partners, or hosting providers.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

  • Branding elements
  • Logos
  • Text
  • Designs
  • Layout and graphics

is the exclusive property of Angikam.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

12. GOVERNING LAW & EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Users expressly consent to exclusive jurisdiction and waive objections to venue.

13. SEVERABILITY
